The candidate must adhere strictly to the regulations and policies governing KYC documents, including OVDs (Officially Valid Documents).

Addressing and resolving customer queries related to KYC and invalid or negative document cases is also a crucial part of the job.

The candidate must review address changes and categorize them as major or minor, as per the policy process defined. Updating decisioning files/systems accurately with final decisions on the cases is also a critical part of the role.

Meeting benchmark productivity, accuracy, and TAT targets, as well as supporting team targets for the same, is a must.

The candidate must prioritize and close urgent customer/internal stakeholder emails.

Skills required for the role include good written and oral communication skills and basic knowledge of key aspects related to KYC, including document types and acceptability norms.
