Southern Railway Junior Technical Associate (JTA) Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
| (a) 3 yrs of Diploma in Civil Engineering (OR) Four years Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a combination of any substream of basic streams of Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution. |
Age Limit:
| 1. Junior Technical Associate (JTA) – 18 to 33 years |
The lower and upper age limit will be reckoned as on last date of notification for Contractual Engagements. The upper age limit is relaxable as under, subject to submission of requisite certificate. For OBC candidates: 03 yrs & for SC/ST candidates: 05 yrs.
Note: No age relaxation is allowed to SC/ST/OBC – candidates applying against unreserved vacancies.
Salary Details:
It will be a full time contract and the monthly remuneration will be as given below:

Southern Railway may follow the following process to select the candidates.

Application Fee/Exam Fee for Southern Railway Junior Technical Associate (JTA):
– Application fees (Non-refundable) – Rs.500/-.
– The payment will have to be made online through “Central Bank of India, Chennai Main Branch, Account Number No.1186402609, IFSC: CBIN0280876”.
– After payment, receipt may be downloaded in PDF format with less than 1 MB of size and the same may be uploaded while applying.
– No fee is required to be paid by SC, ST and Women candidates
