Identify potential customer needs and propose solutions

Make follow-up calls to customers to ensure their needs are efficiently met

Develop problem solving skills

Access customer databases, knowledge resources, and technical applications to identify root causes and solutions

Interaction with customer departments regarding escalation

Schedule a technician visit if needed

Attend job-related training, new hires and refresher training

New product or service updates and product cross-training.
