1. Senior Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities of the Senior Customer Service Manager
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of network devices or components to improve network efficiency and availability
Provide effective and SLA-compliant technical support
Manage helpdesk and escalation operations/ticketing desks for all NOC and SOC issues
Monitor supplier performance including critical issues, delays, non-compliance with service level agreements, and more.
Planned activities and change management
Efficiently and promptly troubleshoot network and SOC problems
Set up tools and processes to monitor network performance
Ensure platform and service availability to customers, through routing at the lowest cost, thus ensuring SLA and QoS compliance of customer services.
Salary / Remuneration and Level Remuneration – For Senior Customer Service Officer position, the salary to be paid will be around Rs 32,500 to Rs 41,600 per month.

Description of work group
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of equipment (faults, configurations, alarms, performance and security) or network components to improve network efficiency and availability.
Provide technical customer service that is efficient and consistent with the SLA.
Manage helpdesk and escalation/ticketing desk operations for all NOC and SOC matters.
Investigate L3/L4 issues and ensure solution effectiveness to ensure proper operation and maintenance of network components and other specified devices (e.g. ATM) to improve efficiency and network availability.
This team of experts provides technical expertise to assist customers in installing, maintaining, upgrading and repairing IP, Transportation, Voice and Mobile, WLA ATMs.
Maintain quality standards to achieve optimal operating levels and KPIs.
Provide last mile support to ensure service for all segments of TCL’s business.
Monitor and monitor network traffic and performance to ensure minimal disruption to network transmissions and/or switches.
Ensure adequate monitoring of various aspects of the network including its various departments and ensure timely and appropriate resolution of network issues (remote as well as in the field).
Monitor supplier performance, especially for critical issues, delayed cases, non-compliance with service level agreements, and more.
Lead the implementation of any new network updates, planned activities, and change management.
Troubleshoot network and SOC issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
Encourage innovation, industrialization and efficiency of network installations for improvement (i.e. improvement, update, upgrade, new system).
Set up tools and processes to monitor network performance.
Ensure platform and service availability to customers, through routing at the lowest cost, thus ensuring SLA and QoS compliance of customer services.
