Customer service through calls, chats and emails Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
Build client and domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
Ensure adherence to client service level agreements like customer satisfaction, service level, handle time and customer effort
Adhere to customer service attendance and accountability policies
Execute query resolution and ensure proper documentation and follow up
Identify, share and operate operational improvements.

Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels

Graduates in B.Com, B.A, BCA, BBA, BHM, BSc & BSc IT (Except Stats, Maths Hons & Eco Hons)
Full time MBA, BE, and B-Tech graduates with minimum 6 months of BPO experience
Undergraduate (Except pursuing any regular course/technical course, pursuing course with
specialization in Stats, Maths, Hons & Eco Hons, current year 12th Pass out)
Excellent communication skills

Criteria For this Job
Open school or distance learning is only allowed for grades 10 and 12.
A delay is allowed at the time of the assessment phase.
Applicants are expected to clear the backlog along with the 6th semester.
Compulsory study of basic mathematics as a final subject.
Business Mathematics and Applied Mathematics will NOT be considered as Basic Mathematics upon graduation.
A maximum of 3 years of GAP in training is allowed (between the 10th and the start of the degree).
No gaps in the degree are allowed.
The course must be completed within 3 years of the start of the course.
You must be an Indian citizen or hold a PIO or OCI card if you have a passport from another country.
Citizens of India present their citizenship certificate.
