The eligibility criteria for the EPFO SSA & Stenographer Recruitment 2023 are as follows:

Educational Qualification:

Social Security Assistant (SSA) (Group C) – The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university as of the closing date for online registration of application. The candidate must also have a typing speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi on a computer. Those awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed Essential qualification should not apply. A recognized university means (i) a University incorporated by an Act of Parliament or an Act of State Legislature in India or (ii) an educational institute established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be a deemed university under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (3 of 1956).

Stenographer (Group C) – The candidate must be a 12th class pass from a recognized Board.

Age Limit:

English Language: Reading Comprehension, Fill in the Blanks, Error Spotting, Sentence Correction, Para Jumbles, Synonyms & Antonyms, etc.

Reasoning Ability: Syllogism, Inequality, Coding-Decoding, Blood Relations, Direction Sense, Seating Arrangement, Puzzle, etc.

Numerical Aptitude: Simplification, Number Series, Data Interpretation, Time & Work, Time & Distance, Profit & Loss, Percentage, etc.
