presented via the help desk software (currently FreshDesk) assigning them to other support team members as relevant Provide ongoing training and customer support to new and existing customers ensuring the smooth and effective running of the PatronBase system.
Provide customers with support and advice about the latest and best industry practices in order to help them use the system to build their audiences in the best ways possible for their organization.
To provide training and implementation support to venues throughout the initial process of commissioning the Patron Base system Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for new and existing customers via phone, email & web as well as onsite as required at arranged times.
Providing system administration services to customers as required, including but not limited to venue, production, and performance setup Utilize web-based remote learning meeting tools for support, currently mostly Zoom Internal skills and activities Assist with ideas for improving user experience and communicating those ideas with CEO & other team members Assisting with ideas and initiatives for improving customer support resources, including but not limited to improving and updating the help guides and developing video training strategies Focus on ongoing learning of the system, including staying up-to-date with system updates in order to understand the system better and its implementation Focus on ongoing learning around best practices for arts administrators and marketers in a New Zealand context in order to be able to better assist customers to implement the system in an effective manner Manage the use and responsibilities of the Helpdesk software system in use throughout PatronBase support, currently Freshdesk.
Learn and use the internal systems used by PatronBase to manage the development of web (DevBase) and desktop systems (Visual Studio Online or VSO) Request Experience working in a ticketing or art management environment is preferred Previous experience is a plus but not

Description of the object
This is a remote location. Schedule: This is a part-time position from 10:00am to 2:00pm Yukon Canada time We are looking for an experienced administrative assistant with a background in property and real estate management to provide comprehensive support to our brokerage/real estate team.
As an administrative assistant, you will be involved in various administrative tasks, document preparation, client coordination, and data management. The ideal candidate is proactive, dynamic and has excellent communication skills. Main responsibility: Assist in the preparation and submission of sample contracts, offers and subject removal documents. Assist in the preparation and submission of sample appendices and other relevant documents.
Perform data entry and manage document uploads and downloads for online readers. Assist in collecting customer information, disseminating relevant information and sending reminders to customers. Coordinate completion and submission of client documents. Assist in the preparation and execution of documents using DocuSign.
Perform other basic administrative tasks as required. Request Excellent verbal and written communication skills. At least 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant. Education in real estate and property management is required. Demonstrate excellent layout and decision-making skills. Active individual who takes the initiative and requires minimal supervision. Motivated, self-motivated and effective in managing tasks.
Must have a reliable internet connection.
