The role of a CX Quality Specialist is pivotal in transforming PhonePe’s Customer Experience and Operations by providing education, empowerment, and coaching to support representatives, whether they are in-house or part of our vendor partners. The primary objective of this role is to achieve best-in-class quality in Customer Experience at scale.
Responsibilities include:
- Interpreting and implementing Quality Assurance/Quality Management programs
- Evaluating the adequacy of the existing Quality audit framework and recommending continuous improvement techniques to maintain the best-in-class Quality Management process
- Conducting Quality audits and establishing procedures and guidelines for recording and reporting audit data
- Possessing extensive knowledge of coaching and mentorship skills, which can be imparted to the customer support teams, both in-house and with vendor partners
- Ensuring smooth change management and knowledge transfer across all Customer Support teams
- Identifying themes and insights derived from completed audits that can translate into actionable process improvement measures
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Working closely with the Training, Content Strategy, and Process Design teams to identify knowledge and skill development needs
