Key Responsibilities:

As a GO AI Associate in this role, you will primarily be responsible for watching videos of stowing actions at a fulfillment center. Your tasks include:

• Thoroughly understanding the stowing actions captured in the videos.
• Using human judgment along with available tools to indicate the activities observed in the videos.
• Verifying or marking the product locations through a designated tool with the highest level of accuracy.
• Contributing to the maintenance of fulfillment center stow quality through this operational role.
• Precisely annotating videos and images with a high degree of accuracy and duration.

• The ability to annotate video-based tasks for prolonged periods.

A Day in the Life:

GO-AI Associates work in a 24X7 environment with rotational shifts. You’ll be on a 9-hour shift, which includes breaks. Shift timings may change every quarter or as per business requirements. Night shift allowance is provided if you work during night hours, following Amazon’s work policy. Weekly offs are on a rotational basis, with two consecutive days off.

About the Team:

The GO-AI team supports Amazon Fulfillment facilities by providing human support for hands-free active stowing through video/image annotations. Short videos (typically 15 to 20 seconds) are sent to GO-AI for annotation. These annotations are essential for maintaining stow quality at fulfillment centers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Graduation in any stream.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• 0 to 24 months of experience in any domain with strong logical reasoning skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Non-engineering academic background.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Exceptional data accuracy skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Demonstrable understanding of the internet and the ability to set up/use laptops or desktops, along with basic knowledge of tools and applications required in a daily work environment.
