Eligibility Criteria:

Before submitting your application, it’s crucial to ensure you meet the eligibility requirements for the specific position you’re interested in. This includes:

• Educational Qualifications: Each position has its own set of educational qualifications. Project Engineer roles typically require a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BE) or Technology (B.Tech) in a relevant field, while Technical Officer positions might accept BE/B.Tech or a diploma in engineering with relevant experience. • PwBD (OBC) Candidates: 13 years

Salary Details:

The compensation package offered by ECIL is competitive and varies depending on the position and experience level.

• Project Engineer: The starting salary is Rs.40,000/- per month for the first year and increases progressively to Rs.55,000/- per month in the fourth year. Additionally, a lump sum amount of Rs.12,000/- is provided (Rs.3,600/- for medical insurance and remaining for attire allowance after completing six months).
• Technical Officer: Salary starts at Rs.25,000/- per month for the first year and goes up to Rs.31,000/- per month in the third and fourth years.
• Junior Technician (Grade-II): This position offers a starting salary of Rs.22,528/- per month, increasing to Rs.27,258/- per month in the third and fourth years.
• Junior Technician: The starting salary for this entry-level role is Rs.22,412/- per month.

Selection Process:

The selection process typically involves two stages:

1. Short Listing: Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and submit a complete application will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience.
2. Personal Interview & Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview where they will be evaluated for their technical knowledge, soft skills, and suitability for the role. Additionally, original documents submitted online will be verified during this stage.
