• Technical Officer (Editor): Responsible for editing and managing various content formats. (1 Post)
• Technical Officer (Production Assistant): Assists the production team in creating educational video content. (2 Posts)
• Section Officer Grade – I (Senior PA to Director): Provides administrative support to the Director. (1 Post)
• Section Officer Grade – I (Accounts Officer): Oversees the Institute’s financial matters. (1 Post)
• Section Officer Grade – II (Admin. & Accounts): Handles administrative and accounting tasks. (2 Posts)
• Technical Assistant Grade – I (Cameraman): Operates camera equipment for video production projects. (1 Post)

Eligibility Criteria (Educational Qualifications as of October 15th, 2024):

• Senior Technical Officer (Production Executive):
  • Master’s degree (M.E. / M.Tech.) in any discipline.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience.
  • Desirable: Experience in reputed media organizations, specializing in educational television production, audio-visual program development, and video production/film direction.
• Technical Officer (Editor):
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech.).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Desirable: Strong communication and writing skills, proficiency in MS Office, InDesign, Photoshop, and content creation for various online platforms.
• Technical Officer (Production Assistant):
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech.).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Desirable: Preference given to candidates with a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electronic Media, experience in video production/scriptwriting/ETV production, and experience in developing academic video content.
• Section Officer Grade – I (Senior PA to Director):
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience at Pay Level-6 or an equivalent position in Central/ PSUs/ State Government/ Autonomous bodies.
  • Desirable: Excellent stenography skills (Shorthand & Typewriting) at speeds of 120 & 40 w.p.m. respectively, strong noting and drafting abilities in English, good computer application skills (MS Word, Excel & PPT), experience handling matters related to the Director’s Secretariat and liaising with faculty/board/ministry officials.
• Section Officer Grade – I (Accounts Officer):
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a government office/university/technological institution or a reputed organization. Experience related to accounts, finance, audit, stores & purchase, administration, procurement etc. at Pay Level-6 or an equivalent position.
  • Desirable: Excellent noting and drafting abilities in English, good computer application skills (MS Word, Excel & PPT), experience in handling computerized financial matters, preparing annual accounts, budget preparation, Gem Purchase, accounting software (Tally or others), internal/external audit, income tax, GST, and other tax-related areas.
• Section Officer Grade – II (Admin. & Accounts):
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university/institution.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience at Pay Level-5 or an equivalent position in Central/ State Government/ Autonomous bodies/ PSUs.
  • Desirable: Excellent noting and drafting abilities in English, proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, PPT), good knowledge of administrative related matters, finance, GFR, CCS, CCA, RTI, income tax, GST, pay fixation, reservation, roster, and legal matters.  
• Technical Assistant Grade – I (Cameraman):
  • Degree in Cinematography or equivalent from a recognized institution (including still photography, cinematography, and film production) with 3 years of relevant experience.
  • OR Diploma in Cinematography/Film Production or equivalent with 5 years of relevant experience.
