  • Junior Executive (Architecture): Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and registered with Council of Architecture.

c) Based on the information provided in the application form, candidates will be shortlisted for Application Verification, as applicable to the post. The date of Application Verification will be communicated separately.

d) The verification of candidates’ eligibility claims with original documents will be conducted during Application Verification.

e) The application numbers of shortlisted candidates for Application Verification will be published only on the AAI website. Call letters for the shortlisted candidates will be sent to their registered email IDs.

f) During Application Verification, candidates must present their original certificates, proof of identity, and one set of self-attested photocopies of the certificates. Failure to produce the required documents, doubts about the candidate’s identity, or mismatches in information will result in the rejection of the candidature. No additional time will be provided for presenting original documents.

g) Candidates currently employed in Central Government/State Government/Autonomous Body/Public Sector Undertakings must provide a “No Objection Certificate” from their current employer during Application Verification. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of the candidature. Other claims, such as an undertaking to resign upon selection, an acknowledged copy of the application for NOC/resignation letter, or experience certificates, will not be considered in place of the NOC.

h) Candidates who fail to appear for Application Verification with original documents will not be eligible for provisional selection, and their candidature will be rejected.

i) Upon finalization of Application Verification, provisional selection will be made based on the merit list prepared according to the GATE Score obtained by candidates who appeared for Application Verification, subject to meeting all other eligibility criteria prescribed for the post.

General Instructions

No prior experience is necessary to apply for the positions mentioned above.

Before submitting the application, candidates must ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria outlined in this advertisement. The candidature will be considered provisional, subject to verification of eligibility before or after appointment in AAI.

Candidates found violating the process or providing false information are liable to have their candidature rejected at any stage of the recruitment process or even after joining. AAI reserves the right to disqualify such candidates.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Delhi.

Queries regarding eligibility will not be entertained.

AAI’s decision on all matters related to this recruitment will be final and binding on all candidates.

AAI reserves the right to modify, alter, restrict, enlarge, or cancel the recruitment process without issuing further notice or reasons. The decision of AAI Management will be final, and no appeals will be entertained.
