OR Masters in any situation aside from Hindi/English from a diagnosed University in conjunction with Hindi and English as compulsory/non-compulsory topics at commencement stage. OR Masters in any situation aside from Hindi/English from a diagnosed University in conjunction with Hindi and English as medium and compulsory/ non-compulsory topics or medium of exam at commencement stage. Means if at commencement stage Hindi is medium then English need to be as compulsory/ non-compulsory situation or if English is medium then Hindi need to be as compulsory/non-compulsory situation. OR Graduation Degree from a diagnosed University in conjunction with Hindi and English as compulsory/ non-compulsory topics or any person out of each as medium of exam and different as compulsory/ non-compulsory situation in conjunction with diagnosed Diploma/ Certificate direction of Hindi to English and English to Hindi Translation or years`revel in of Hindi to English and English to Hindi Translation at Central/State authorities places of work which include Government of India Undertakings or reputed organizations.
