Position Overview:
Job Role The Executive Assistant offers proficient organizational and administrative backing to different executives within a virtual context.
Autonomously fulfilling a range of assigned duties to attain objectives, the Executive Assistant operates under broad supervision and/or established guidelines while functioning within a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
• Aiding executives in utilizing the company’s self-enabling tools, including travel arrangements, reservations, and conference calls
• Supporting miscellaneous administrative chores
• Coordinating video conferences, audiovisual meetings, and data conferences
• Arranging and facilitating travel schedules, alongside assisting with itinerary management and visa/passport protocols
• Exercising proactive calendar management and collaborating in the scheduling of appointments
• Facilitating collaboration with internal and external third-party providers upon the executive’s or supervisor’s request

What would you do?
You will be aligned with our Customer Support vertical and help manage and resolve customer queries, handle escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and provide the best resolutions. You will also be responsible for closing faults and complaints within SLAs. The Query Management team is accountable for inbound/outbound calls and e-mail/chat support to resolve customer issues. The role is aligned with our Service Desk Voice Support team, which handles day-to-day operations, maintains SLAs, and resolves queries related to disputes while coordinating with customers. The team reviews service requests based on the predefined scope of support, records, diagnoses, and troubleshoots customer-raised incidents. They also manage unplanned interruptions to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible for voice interactions.
