Job Description: Role Overview Role Title: Centralized ISMS Instance Support Team Member Reports To: Centralized ISMS Instance Support Team Lead

Overview: Accenture’s Information Security Corporate Function is entrusted with defining and managing our information security strategy, risk management approach, policies, standards, controls, technologies, and processes to safeguard Accenture’s and our clients’ information. By enhancing our information security capabilities, we safeguard our brand, reputation, client relationships, and financial performance.

Accenture’s ISMS framework consists of Market unit instances and corporate function instances, each managed by an IS lead. As a member of the centralized ISMS instance support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of various ISMS instances. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day activities, maintaining compliance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen our organization’s information security posture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Asset Stewards on ISMS and Data Privacy Control Documentation and Implementation. Review and validate evidence for specific controls, such as Access Control Review, Data Privacy Controls, and Data Retention.

• Conduct Asset Reviews. Regularly assess assets to ensure the accurate updating of ISMS and Data Privacy controls. Verify the effective implementation of controls in line with established procedures.

• Perform monthly reviews of access controls for assets. Ensure adherence to proper access management practices, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.

• Conduct Annual Asset Refresh Activity through monthly reviews. Work with stakeholders to update asset information and validate the accuracy of ISMS and Data Privacy controls.

• Coordinate with Stakeholders to Close Risk Treatment Actions. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of risk treatment actions identified during risk assessments.

• Follow up on action plans and improvement initiatives, providing necessary support to facilitate their completion.

• Contribute to the quarterly IS Leads Audit Program. Validate the overall governance of the audit program and ensure its effective implementation.

• Coordinate with Asset Stewards for ISMS Changes Rolled out by the Global ISMS Team. Act as a liaison between the Global ISMS team and Asset Stewards, communicating ISMS changes and assisting in incorporating them into the Archer tool for each asset.

• Address Actions Raised by the Global ISMS Team. Manage actions raised by the Global ISMS Team, including QA reviews and changes/initiatives to enhance overall security posture. Ensure timely closure of these actions by coordinating with the location team and relevant stakeholders.
