Educational Qualifications:

1. Customer Service Executive (CSE): Candidates must have a Graduate degree from a recognized university under the 10+2+3 pattern. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing or possessing Airline Diploma or relevant certified courses. Proficiency in PC usage and fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi are required.
2. Jr. Customer Service Executive (JCSE): Applicants should have completed 10+2 from a recognized board. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing or relevant certified courses. Proficiency in PC usage and fluency in spoken and written English and Hindi are required.
3. Ramp Service Executive or Utility Agent – Ramp Driver: Candidates must hold a 3-year Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Electronics/Automobile recognized by the State Government, or ITI with NCTVT in relevant trades. Alternatively, SSC/10th standard pass candidates with a valid HMV Driving License may apply.
4. Handyman/Handywoman: Applicants should have passed SSC/10th standard. Proficiency in English and knowledge of local and Hindi languages are desirable.

Age Limit:

The maximum age limit for all positions is 28 years, with relaxation provided for SC/ST candidates (5 years) and OBC candidates (3 years) as per Government of India rules.

Salary Details:

• Customer Service Executive: Rs. 21,270/- per month
• Jr. Customer Service Executive: Rs. 17,670/- per month
• Ramp Service Executive or Utility Agent – Ramp Driver: Rs. 21,270/- or Rs. 17,670/- per month
• Handyman/Handywoman: Rs. 15,120/- per month

Selection Process:

1. Customer Service Executive/Jr. Customer Service Executive: The selection process includes a personal/virtual interview. Group discussions may be introduced based on the response. The selection procedure will be conducted on the same or subsequent day(s).
2. Ramp Service Executive/Utility Agent – Ramp Driver: Candidates will undergo a trade test comprising trade knowledge and driving tests, including HMV driving test. Those passing the trade test will proceed to the personal/virtual interview.
3. Handyman/Handywoman: The selection process involves a physical endurance test followed by a personal/virtual interview. Candidates qualifying the physical endurance test will proceed to the interview stage.
