AIIMS NORCET Nursing Officer Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the Nursing Officer position in AIIMS NORCET, candidates must meet the following educational qualifications:

1. Nursing Officer:

I. a. Hold a B.Sc. (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing degree from an Institute or University recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing council.

Alternatively, possess a B.Sc. (Post-Certificate) / Post-Basic B.Sc. Nursing degree from an Institute or University recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing council.

b. Must be registered with State/Indian Nursing Council as Nurses & Midwife.

OR

II. a. Have completed a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Institute / Board or Council recognized by the Indian Nursing Council/State Nursing council.

b. Must be registered with State / Indian Nursing Council as Nurses & Midwife.

c. Have a minimum of two years of experience in a minimum 50 bedded Hospital after acquiring the educational qualification mentioned above.

This experience is essential, and to be valid, it must be acquired after completing the residency period of the course, declaration of result, and registration with the State/Indian Nursing Council.

Note: The required two years of experience is a mandatory criterion applicable for all participating AIIMS NORCET candidates.

This pay scale is as per the 7th Central Pay Commission and will be subject to other allowances and benefits as per the rules of AIIMS NORCET.

Selection Process for AIIMS NORCET Nursing Officer Recruitment 2023:

The selection process for the Nursing Officer position will involve the following stages:

1. Nursing Officer Recruitment Common Eligibility Test (NORCET)
2. Preparation of Merit List & Allocation of Seats

Also, no corrections will be allowed after the allowed period of editing, which is May 8, 2023, by 05:00 pm. Please note that the edit window is not an extension of the date, and the last date of online registration as published shall be treated as the last/closing date for all recruitment purposes under this NORCET unless explicitly mentioned for any requirement for the conduct of NORCET.

The online portal for application will close at 05:00 PM on May 5, 2023. Please note that the candidature of applicants who fail to complete the online application by the stipulated date and time will not be considered and rejected.
