AAICLAS has been set up as a fully owned cargo subsidiary of the Airports Authority of
India to manage the development of air cargo business at airports.
AAICLAS is a professionally
Driven and responsive service enterprise with a vision to emerge as the Integrated Cargo
logistics provider and Inline Hold Baggage Screening Service Provider.
To drive this business,
it requires Security Screener (Fresher) on Fixed Term Basis for a
period of three years on PAN India basis, as per the details given below
The above number of vacancies may vary as per the number of security screeners available at
concerned station at the time of recruitment.
The candidates can be transferred to any location with in India due to operational or
administrative requirements at the discretion of AAICLAS Management, which shall be
binding.

(a) Essential Qualification:
- Graduation from a recognized Board/University/Institution with 60% marks for General candidates and 55% for SC/ST candidates.
(b) Language Proficiency:
- Ability to read/speak English, Hindi, and/or proficiency in the local language.

(c) Age Limit:
- Maximum age as of November 1, 2023, should not exceed 27 years.
(d) Job Profile:
- Selected candidates will conduct the screening of Cargo & In-line Hold Baggage, utilizing technical equipment or other means to identify and perform various security functions at Airport & Cargo Complexes.
Selection Procedure:
Eligible candidates are required to complete the online application form available on the official website of AAICLAS under the “Career” section, referencing Engagement Advertisement No. 11 of 2023.

Pre-Engagement Procedure for Shortlisted Candidates: Candidates shortlisted for engagement must undergo the following procedures in a sequence determined by the company:
i. Eye/color blindness examination.
ii. Demonstration of unimpaired vision and hearing ability.
iii. Proficiency in recognizing objects highlighted by X-ray equipment.
iv. Possess good oral and written communication skills.
v. Demonstrate good physical strength and abilities.
General Conditions:
(i) Nationality/Citizenship: Candidates applying must be Indian citizens.
The eligibility criteria mentioned are fundamental for applying to the post. Candidates are required to produce original documents verifying nationality, age, educational qualifications, preferential qualifications, experience, etc., along with photocopies at the time of joining.
(ii) Tenure: Shortlisted candidates will be engaged on a Fixed Term Contract (FTC) initially for three years, extendable based on performance/requirement. - Upper Age Limit as of November 1, 2023:
- Age relaxations: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and 5 years for Ex-Servicemen. Valid certificates from the appropriate government authority are required for relaxations. Date of birth as recorded in Matriculation/Secondary Examination certificates will be accepted, and subsequent requests for changes won’t be entertained.
- Pay and Allowances: a) Emoluments (Inclusive of All):
- First Year: Rs. 30,000/- per month
- Second Year: Rs. 32,000/- per month
- Third Year: Rs. 34,000/- per month b) Other Benefits:
- TA/DA/Lodging & Boarding equivalent to three-tier AC rail fare.
- Leaves: Privilege Leave (18/year) + Half Pay Leave (12) + Casual Leave (9) + Restricted Holiday (2).
- Medical Insurance: Reimbursement up to Rs.10,000/- annually for self & dependents.
- Gratuity as per Gratuity Act (if applicable).
- PF Contribution equivalent to Rs. 1800 at present based on a ceiling basic of Rs.15,000/-.
