Alagappa University has opened opportunities for the following position:

Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Essential Qualification: Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences from a recognized Institution and University, with a minimum aggregate score of 60%. For SC/ST category, a minimum aggregate score of 55% is required.
Desirable: (i) Preference will be given to candidates with CSIR/UGC JRF NET/GATE qualifications and a minimum of 2 years’ experience related to the project topic, including Bioinformatics and development of Nanomaterials, in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organizations and Scientific activities and services. (ii) The selected candidate is encouraged to register for the Ph.D. program as per university norms. (iii) Candidates not falling under (i) above will receive Emoluments of Rs. 25,000/- + HRA @ 8% per month as per DST-SERB norms.
Age Limit: 35 years on the date of application, as per the DST-SERB norms.
Salary Details: Rs. 31,000/- + HRA @ 8% per month
