DESCRIBE Job summary
This role is ideal for a candidate looking for experience in an exciting and dynamic company.
The Candidate will be responsible for completing the Client’s Client verification process.
Applicants will be required to perform due diligence checks and review client KYC documents in accordance with RBI guidelines, and ensure customer data is appropriately stored in the system.
This role requires candidates to understand and comply with SOPs while maintaining service levels.
We are looking for someone with good attention to detail who is consistent, systematic, accurate and reliable in performing their duties.
Candidates must have good analytical skills and be willing to work in a team.
Main job responsibilities
Perform customer KYC verification process according to defined SOP.
· Responsible for ensuring KYC checks and enhanced accountability.
· Perform necessary verifications and report potential fraud to customers.
Continuously review the process and identify areas for improvement to ensure a 0% error rate. · Exhibit the highest standards of customer service.
· Ensure accurate and timely processing and submission of KYC requests.
· Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for the security of confidential information.
