Upon completion of registration, eligible candidates will receive an email titled Amazon – Invitation to Online Test from [email protected] along with a review link, username and password for levels Initial online rating.
Once started, all assessments must be completed on the same day.
You can only do the review on a laptop or desktop computer with a webcam and a USB headset with a good quality mic.
Roles and Responsibilities:
This includes, but is not limited to
Seller support associates demonstrate end-to-end ownership of every seller interaction along with proactive problem solving and providing exceptional seller support.
Demonstrate effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
Provide fast and efficient service for sellers and Amazon sellers, including reporting seller issues appropriately.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, always portray the company in a positive light, and handle sensitive issues effectively.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently while utilizing departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively support struggling team members when needed.
Maintain acceptable performance indicators such as quality, yield, resolution of first contact and presence.
Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and data interpretation skills and identify trends towards the appropriate channel, including suggestions for improvement.
Liaise with other departments, such as the Customer Service, Seller Investigations, or Billing team as needed to resolve merchant issues and questions.
Basic qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 0-10 years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication in Tamil and English.
Shift: Work involves working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts, and shifts are decided based on business needs.
Weekly leave: Two consecutive alternate days off (this is a 5-day work week with 2 consecutive days off.
During the first four months (training and transition), no unscheduled leave is allowed Availability desktop/laptop computer and familiar with Internet browsers, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Outlook and MS Office.
A noise-free home environment where you can connect to the Internet and work on our products
You must have a good internet connection with a speed of at least 20 MBPS or more and must have at least 100 GB of data from a reliable provider.
Must have access to mobile phones from a trusted provider at all times.
Must be powered in case of power failure.
Must be willing to interact with salespeople via call/email/chat based on business needs.
Candidates willing to work by phone/chat and email (concurrent mixed profile)
Must be willing to serve sales partners from all markets around the world (including India, USA, EU and ME)
