Job description:
The Sales Partner Risk Activity Investigator will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the investigation and elimination of online e-commerce risks.
They will have experience in e-commerce payments, prior experience in trust and security, and successful experience in a customer-focused workplace.
Investigators will be analytical and able to succeed in a fast-paced team environment.
This Investigator position relies on excellent judgment to plan and achieve goals and will work under the very limited supervision of a Manager.
Excellent analytical and personal problem-solving skills are used to authenticate clients and complex transactions.
Nearly all decisions are expected to be made independently with little to no guidance and a high degree of accuracy.
SPRO Investigator will be required to engage in frequent written and verbal communication with department management, risk analysts, risk engineers, other company associates and third-parties to accomplish goals.
They may also be required to contact customers by phone. Productivity and quality assurance will be evaluated along with the overall contribution to the development of the department.

• Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards

Shifts: Rotational (it is a 24*7 shift environment and shifts are rotational – changes every 3-4 months`)
Weekly Off: Rotational two- consecutive day off (it is a 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off. Holidays change every 3-4 months)
