Responsibility
Support the workforce systems and solutions team in Deloitte’s global HR team with specific analytics and report development for workforce planning
Responsible for data mining, analysis, preparing reports and sending to different business leaders weekly/monthly
Maintain a dictionary of data, terminology and other documents related to all reports
Responsible for capturing status of weekly/monthly reporting products and sharing status reports with manager
Responsible for tracking changes in reporting results, including new reporting requirements, maintaining recipient lists, etc.
Work with technology team to perform various testing activities related to SAP report improvement etc.

Dr. CVPM | The DTTL People Analytics & Reporting team supporting Deloitte Global is growing and has created a new role to support our Workforce Solutions and Systems team within the DTTL People team.
We are looking for people who are technical, eager to learn, self-starter, thrive on ambiguity and are passionate about workforce insights like open roles, filled roles, etc
This person will often work closely with other members of the A&R team, technology, business leaders, and other COE individuals.
The Analytics & Reporting team is an integral part of DTTL’s People team and their mission is focused on delivering useful insights to customers across the organization and fostering a culture of data.
A team of combined data analysts/business partners, working with our clients to deliver evidence-based recommendations by transforming people’s data into an easy-to-understand format, both visually and verbally.
The team offers a full range of services to its clients: from providing technical expertise, to publishing and visual analysis, to conveying accurate information and delivering content in a way that is meaning.
Workforce Solutions Analyst and Reporting Specialist:
In this role, you will support the Workforce Solutions and Systems team within Deloitte’s Global
People team with analysis and report development specific to Workforce Planning.
Responsible for extracting, analyzing data, preparing reports and sending to various DTTL business leaders on a weekly/monthly basis.
Maintain a dictionary of data, terminology, and other documents (SOPs) associated with all reports.
Responsible for capturing the status of weekly/monthly reporting products and sharing status reports with managers.
Responsible for tracking changes to reporting products, including new reporting requests, updating recipient lists, handling additional requests submitted, and more.
Work with technology team to perform various testing activities related to Tableau dashboards, SAP report enhancements, etc.
Location: USI – Hyderabad Office Or You Can Choose WFH Option
Change time: 2:00pm – 11:00pm

A bachelor’s or master’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Necessary skills:
0-1.8 years of relevant experience in data analysis and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to plan work and meet deadlines
Outstanding English proficiency
Solid knowledge of tools and functional understanding
Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
Great attention to detail
Knowledge of Excel and Power Point

Salary / Remuneration and Remuneration – For Analyst position, the salary to be paid will be approximately Rs 43,300 per month.
