  2. Coordination with IT Support: You’ll serve as a liaison between the operational teams and IT support, addressing any technical faults or changes promptly to minimize disruptions in service.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Supporting sales and operational initiatives, you’ll monitor team performance and provide valuable insights to drive improvements.
  4. Communication Management: Managing the communication and change calendar, you’ll ensure timely dissemination of information to all teams, facilitating smooth operations.
  5. Process Management: Providing support to other process experts as needed, you’ll ensure effective collaboration and adherence to established procedures.
