Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- HR Executive:
- Graduates with exceptional communication skills.
- Preferably MBA (HR)/PGDBM.
- Experience: 2-3 years in healthcare, hospital, or a relevant industry.
- HR Consultant (Personal Department):
- MBA in HR (Regular) from a premier Tier 1 Institute.
- Experience: 15-20 years in HR with at least 5-8 years as the head of HR.
- Medical Record Technician:
- 12th class pass, preferably in Science or equivalent.
- Certificate in Medical Records (from a recognized Institute or authority) with at least 2 years’ experience in Medical Record keeping in a hospital setup.
- Ability to use Computers – Hands-on experience in office applications, spreadsheets, and presentations. Typing Speed of 35 words per minute in English or 30 words per minute in Hindi.
- Gas Manifold Supervisor:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years’ experience in manifold or its repairs in a supervisory capacity in a medical setup.
- Capable of carrying out work associated with the Medical Gas Management distribution line.
Age Limit:
- HR Executive – 40 years
- HR Consultant (Personal Department) – 50 years
- Medical Record Technician – 18 to 30 years
- Gas Manifold Supervisor – 30 to 45 years
Age relaxation for candidates as per Govt. Rules. Refer to BECIL official Notification 2023 for more details.
Salary Details:
- HR Executive – Rs. 40,000/-
- HR Consultant (Personal Department) – Rs. 1,50,000/-
- Medical Record Technician – Rs. 25,000/-
- Gas Manifold Supervisor – Rs. 22,744/-
Selection Process:
BECIL will follow a two-step process to select candidates:
- Skill Tests
- Interview
Application Fee:
- Gen/OBC – Rs. 885/- (Additional Rs. 590/- for each additional post applied)
- ST/SC/Ex-s/PWD – Rs. 531/- (Additional Rs. 354/- for each additional post applied)
