Educational Qualification:
- Head Constable (Plumber):
- Candidates should have passed Matriculation or its equivalent with an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in the trade of Plumber or possess three years of experience in the respective trade from a reputed firm.
- Head Constable (Carpenter):
- Candidates should have passed Matriculation or its equivalent with an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Certificate in the trade of Carpenter or possess three years of experience in the respective trade from a reputed firm.
- Constable (Generator Operator):
- Candidates should have passed Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board with an Industrial Training Institute Certificate in the trade (Electrician or Wireman or Diesel/Motor Mechanic) from a recognized institute. They should also have three years of experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government.
- Constable (Generator Mechanic):
- Candidates should have passed Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board with an Industrial Training Institute Certificate in Diesel/Motor Mechanic from a recognized institute. They should also have three years of experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government.
- Constable (Lineman):
- Candidates should have passed Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized Board with an Industrial Training Institute Certificate from a recognized institute in the trade of Electrical Wireman or Lineman. Additionally, they should possess three years of experience in the respective trade from a firm recognized by the Central or State Government.
Age Limit: (As on 15.04.2024)
- Head Constable (Plumber), Head Constable (Carpenter), Constable (Generator Operator), Constable (Generator Mechanic), Constable (Lineman): Between 18 to 25 Years
Relaxation of Upper Age Limit:
- For SC/ST Candidates: 5 years
- For OBC Candidates: 3 years
Applicants Relaxation in the Upper Age limit will be provided as per Government of India Rules.
Salary Details:
- Head Constable (Plumber), Head Constable (Carpenter): Pay Matrix Level-4 Rs.25500 – 81100/- as per 7th CPC
- Constable (Generator Operator), Constable (Generator Mechanic), Constable (Lineman): Pay Matrix Level-3 Rs.21700 – 69100/- as per 7th CPC

- 1st phase: Written Examination
- 2nd Phase: Documentation, Physical Standards Test, Physical Efficiency Test
