As a Remote Chat Customer Service Representative, you’ll help create and deliver great customer experiences while you #ExperienceTTEC, work experience, and award-winning company culture .
What you will do
Do you have a passion for helping others and giving them peace of mind?
In this role, you will work to resolve customer issues through chat services including chat, SMS, email, social media, direct messaging as well as non-verbal platforms is different.
Whether its getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, youll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one
During a Typical Day, You`ll
• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Connect and resolve issues with customers using written communication only
What You Bring to the Role
• 1 year or more customer service experience – Freshers welcome to apply
• Great written communication skills including grammar and spelling
• 6 months or more of customer services experience
• High School Diploma
• Computer savvy
• Broadband connection with minimum 15 mbps speed
