Total: 18
Eligibility Criteria for CMDA Administrative Assistant:
1. Procurement Expert:
- Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech in civil engineering or related field or Master’s in Procurement/Supply Chain Management/Law/Business Administration.
- General Experience: Minimum 5 years in Public Procurement and/or project management.
- Familiarity with donor-financed projects and World Bank’s Procurement Guidelines is a plus.
2. Climate and Environmental Expert:
- Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Urban/Regional/Environmental Planning.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in urban development and environmental management projects.
- Past project experience in a city with challenges similar to Chennai.
- Familiarity with World Bank’s environmental safeguards policies.
3. Financial Management Expert:
- C.A. or ICWA or MBA (Finance).
- 8 years of experience, preferably in World Bank/international projects.
- Proficiency in Tally accounting software and modern financial management systems.
4. Urban Economist:
- Master’s degree in Urban Economics or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in demographics, socioeconomic indicators, and urban planning.
- Strong skills in statistical analysis, data visualization, and professional writing/presentation.
5. Communication Expert:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in communications or journalism.
- Proficient in MS Office, photography, video editing, and graphic design.
6. Heritage Conservation Expert:
- Architecture or planning degree with post-graduation in heritage conservation.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of GIS and MS Office.
7. Sociologist and Gender Expert:
- Master’s degree in social sciences or Gender and Development.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in social development and gender mainstreaming projects.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
8-13. Analysts and Administrative Assistant:
- Various educational backgrounds and experience requirements.
Salary Details:
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 3,60,000/- to Rs. 18,00,000/- per annum based on the position.
