Combining a technical aptitude with a passion for building strong relationships
we are looking for someone who will be a credible and trusted partner to clients around the world. In this role you will:
Manage all post-sales activities for a portfolio of CometChat customers through strong relationships, product knowledge, planning and execution.
Develop a deep understanding of the product to advise customers on the features/functionality most relevant to their specific business needs of developments. .
Serve as a customer advocate and feed feedback to internal teams to drive product improvements and a better customer experience.
A mindset driven by your daily activities that prioritizes work that supports account health, customer satisfaction, and churn goals.
Partner to develop processes that scale and adapt to our evolving business.

We work according to a hybrid model – you decide where you work from! Remotely or from our offices. Currently our talent is spread out in 14 different cities around the world.
