Role Summary:
The role involves coordinating activities related to the Epic System, focusing on analyzing, developing, configuring, and implementing Electronic Health Record (EHR) software and related analytics. This position requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, collaborating closely with application teams to understand business needs and configuring the system according to end-user requirements.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Hospital Administration and patient workflows.
- Assist in planning and scheduling meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are completed.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask among complex assigned tasks/projects with strong communication and mentorship skills.
- Compliance with established policies, procedures, and organizational objectives.
- Effective communication with management, steering committees, project sponsors, and subject matter/technical experts, promoting a culture of performance excellence.
Experience Required:
- Freshers with a solid understanding of hospital workflows and the ability to learn the provider area of the hospital network.
- Analysis, development, configuration, testing, and implementation of changes to the system with a focus on quality.
- Working closely with application teams to determine business needs, documenting and configuring the system as per end-user requirements.
- Performance of other duties as assigned by Team Lead or Manager.
- Development and maintenance of strong, positive working relationships with the end-user community.

- Healthcare industry experience.
