CSIR-CSMCRI Project Associate Vacancy Details:

CSIR-CSMCRI is inviting applications for the following positions:

Eligibility Criteria for CSIR-CSMCRI Project Associate:

Educational Qualifications:

1. Project Associate-I:

• Essential Qualifications: A graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E./B. Tech.) from a recognized university or equivalent.
  • Desirable Experience & Job Description: Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in Sustainable Concrete Technology, Structural Engineering, Soil Mechanics, Construction Technology, Urban Planning, and experience in concrete mix design, concrete preparation, and testing. Responsibilities include laboratory work, field implementation of sustainable concrete, and concrete testing.

• Project Associate-I:

• Essential Qualifications: A graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E./B. Tech.) from a recognized university or equivalent.
  • Desirable Experience & Job Description: Preference will be given to candidates specializing in Water Resources Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, and having knowledge of fluid dynamics, open channel flow, water resources modeling. Experience in designing and modeling Solar Salt works, mapping saline land in ArcGIS, flood predictions, and numerical modeling is beneficial. Travel for site work may be required.

• Project Associate-I:

• Essential Qualifications: A graduate in Civil Engineering (B.E./B. Tech.) from a recognized university or equivalent.
  • Desirable Experience & Job Description: Preference will be given to candidates specializing in Structural Engineering/Applied Mechanics. Experience in structural design, foundation design, and construction planning is desirable. Responsibilities include structural designing of Solar Salt Farm, foundation construction, site supervision, and extensive field activities on salt farm development.

Age Limit:

1. Project Associate-I: Maximum age of 35 years for all positions.

• Relaxation in upper age limit as per Government rules. Refer to the official CSIR-CSMCRI Notification 2023 for more details.

Salary Details:

1. Project Associate-I:

• For candidates selected through national eligibility tests (CSIR-UGC NET or GATE) or national level examinations by central government departments: Rs 31,000/- + HRA.
  • For others: Rs 25,000/- + HRA.

• Project Associate-I:

• For candidates selected through national eligibility tests (CSIR-UGC NET or GATE) or national level examinations by central government departments: Rs 31,000/- + HRA.
  • For others: Rs 25,000/- + HRA.

• Project Associate-I:

• For candidates selected through national eligibility tests (CSIR-UGC NET or GATE) or national level examinations by central government departments: Rs 31,000/- + HRA.
  • For others: Rs 25,000/- + HRA.

Selection Process for CSIR-CSMCRI Project Associate 2023:
