Job Description:

As a Customer Care Executive at SEMJA, your primary objective is to ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction by delivering exemplary service and resolving queries efficiently. You will serve as the initial point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns, answering inquiries, and providing assistance as needed. Collaboration with team members and departments will be essential to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, chat, or social media platforms. Handle customer concerns and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Escalate complex matters to relevant departments or supervisors when necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using CRM software or other tools.
  • Feedback: Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products, services, or processes. Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance the overall customer experience.
