Roles and Responsibilities

Provide consumer cardholders with an excellent customer experience on calls.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills accompanied by quick comprehension and clear articulation
  • Change management ability demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Ability to take independent decision and meet stringent deadlines
  • Typing speed of 25-35 words per minute
  • Quick navigation ability, web savvy, basic troubleshooting knowledge multitasking.
