1. Account manager.

Responsibility

Single point of contact for customers and senior management for a specific case

Regularly communicate with customers and maintain a good relationship with them

Monitor and coordinate operational issues reported to customers

Manage and monitor the efficient delivery of customer releases to operational teams

Ensure that customer instructions are disseminated throughout the shift

Be responsible for the quality and progress of the work for the assigned account

Make sure instructions/comments received from customers are disseminated

Ensure compliance with all procedures

Ensure customer feedback and review analysis are disseminated to team members

Report problems to management in a timely manner.

Salary/Remuneration and Level Remuneration – For the Senior Customer Service Officer position, the salary to be paid will be around Rs 37,500 per month.

Deloitte Digital Content Studio (DDSC), based in Bangalore and Chennai, India, provides high-quality, high-volume digital and print content to Deloitte’s clients worldwide.

Our ad technology M/Suite products support the creation of digital content across technology platforms, digital media and brand commerce.

DDSC can meet the needs of multi-channel marketing content production of customers. DDCS provides image production, advertising, 3D content, CGI and video production services, delivering approximately 15,000 pieces of content per day.
Job Description

You will be supporting Ad2Pro(Deloitte Digital Content Studios) Clients and the face of the company for our customers.

You have a strong customer-centric focus and have the ability to quickly understand customer requirements and translate them into operational specs.

Responsibilities

Single point contact for the client and the senior management for a specific shift

Interface with clients frequently and maintain an excellent relationship with them

Oversee and coordinate client escalated operational issues

Manage and oversee effective dissemination of client information to operations teams

Ensure that the instruction from the client is disseminated across the shift

Responsible for quality and timely completion of work for the assigned accounts

Ensure that the instruction / feedback received from the client is disseminated

Ensure compliance across processes

Ensure that the feedback from client, revision analysis are disseminated to the team members and track for improvements

Timely flagging of issues to management

Skills

Good communications skills both oral and written

Ability to effectively communicate and interface with peers as well as mid/senior level management

Ability to stay calm and work well under pressure

Experience in voice support would be an advantage

Willingness to work in rotational basis

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
