What Does Ditto Do?
At Ditto, our primary objective is to assist individuals in purchasing insurance. We break down the complexities of health and life insurance policies, communicating the information in a language that our users easily comprehend. Additionally, we curate personalized recommendations tailored to individual needs and preferences.
Backing Ditto is Zerodha, India’s largest stockbroker, providing us with the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service to our users.
Job Brief:
As a Ditto representative, you will serve as the face of our service, directly engaging with users. Through calls, WhatsApp, or email interactions, you will understand their requirements and provide recommendations on policies and features that best suit their needs. Your role will involve guiding users throughout their insurance buying journey, ensuring a seamless experience.
Ditto consists of two advisory teams, namely Team A and Team B:
- Team A: Advisors spend approximately 40% of their time engaging with users through direct calls, while the remaining time is dedicated to WhatsApp interactions. This team offers flexible work schedules, with two shifts available: 12pm to 9pm and 2pm to 11pm.
- Team B: Advisors in this team allocate around 60% of their time for direct call interactions, with the remainder dedicated to WhatsApp. Working hours for Team B are typically from 10am to 8pm.
During the application process, you can choose between Team A and Team B. Furthermore, if you lack an insurance background, we offer a rigorous two-month training program to bring you up to speed.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Effective communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
