Description About the Job
Elevate is currently seeking an Associate to join our People Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new hires within the company.
This encompasses various tasks, including drafting offer letters and scheduling induction sessions, to ensure a seamless and productive onboarding experience.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
As an Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the entire onboarding cycle, from drafting offer letters to scheduling induction sessions.
- Ensuring a smooth and frictionless onboarding experience for new hires, enabling them to be productive from day one.
- Creating offer letters and related contracts for selected candidates.
- Setting up new profiles for hires in cloud-based systems as needed.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure new hires are prepared for productivity.
- Performing various tasks such as converting styles, mail merges, media insertion in presentations, table creation, and working with graphs and objects.
Experience
- Entry-level or some experience in HR operations.
Skills for Success
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to build confidence and establish strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven, consistently meeting deadlines and achieving high-quality results.
