Position: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Executive, your role encompasses various responsibilities, including:

1. Developing comprehensive account strategies for each client.
2. Proactively identifying and fostering partnerships with hotels to expand our business.
3. Leading discussions with hotels to uncover growth opportunities.
4. Nurturing and sustaining deep, long-term relationships with partners.
5. Coordinating the training of partner hotels on our extranet and online business platforms.
6. Regularly reviewing monthly production reports and providing constructive feedback to top-performing hotels, while also planning and executing market visits.
7. Skillfully negotiating and securing market deals, ensuring effective presentation of these deals on our websites.
8. Ensuring competitive rates and inventory management.
9. Monitoring and following up on all expiring contracts.
10. Active participation in weekly market review meetings.
11. Conducting regular competitive analyses for key markets and identifying actionable opportunities.

• Business Development Executive – {12th pass or a graduate degree in any discipline}.
