Position: Business Development Executive
Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Executive, your role encompasses various responsibilities, including:
- Developing comprehensive account strategies for each client.
- Proactively identifying and fostering partnerships with hotels to expand our business.
- Leading discussions with hotels to uncover growth opportunities.
- Nurturing and sustaining deep, long-term relationships with partners.
- Coordinating the training of partner hotels on our extranet and online business platforms.
- Regularly reviewing monthly production reports and providing constructive feedback to top-performing hotels, while also planning and executing market visits.
- Skillfully negotiating and securing market deals, ensuring effective presentation of these deals on our websites.
- Ensuring competitive rates and inventory management.
- Monitoring and following up on all expiring contracts.
- Active participation in weekly market review meetings.
- Conducting regular competitive analyses for key markets and identifying actionable opportunities.
