About this Job
We are looking for specialists for the internal Customer Experience Team.
As a specialist, your primary responsibility will be to solve our customers’ problems and you will constantly look for outstanding and exciting ways to improve your experience.
In this position you provide support. to ensure issues are resolved more quickly or flagged accordingly.
It will help to consistently improve and streamline support systems by setting patterns to always optimize for a better customer experience.
Roles and Responsibility For this Job
Act with integrity and put the customer first in every interaction.
Handle basic queries related to PhonePe transactions and accounts.
Flexibility capacity between telephone and data channels.
Ability to meet hourly and daily productivity goals.
Leverage internal processes and resources to drive the solution forward.
Scale appropriately by enlisting the support of relevant teams to resolve customer issues.
Ideal Candidate For this Job
Have a good learning ability.
Be an active listener and handle objections well.
Have a strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/react to different scenarios.
Be a team player, flexible and open to feedback.
Must be able to speak English and Hindi Degree (10+2+3) is mandatory 0 – 2 years work experience in a customer facing role Multilingualism (spoken + written) in South Indian languages preferred.
