- Deputy Manager (Financial Management):
- Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accountant (CMA)
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in financial matters such as budgeting, costing, taxation, etc.
- Experience in audit-related matters and compliance issues related to finance is desirable.
- Naval Officers of the rank of Sub-Lieutenant and above or equivalent may also apply if they meet the experience criteria.
- Candidates from Govt./PSU/Autonomous organizations should have 2 years’ experience in an immediate lower grade, while candidates from the private sector should have a comparable CTC of AM Grade (E-1) for a minimum of 2 years.
- Deputy Manager (Medical Services):
- Educational Qualification: MBBS degree from any University recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience, including private practitioners with relevant experience.
- Naval Officers of the rank of Sub-Lieutenant and above or equivalent may apply if they meet the experience criteria.
- 1 year relaxation in post-qualification experience for candidates having a Post Graduate Diploma in the medical field. 2 years relaxation for candidates with a Post Graduate Degree in the medical field.
- Similar experience and grade requirements as mentioned for the Financial Management position apply here as well.
- Additional General Manager (Engineering):
- Educational Qualification: Four years full-time degree in Engineering or equivalent in Mechanical/Naval Architecture/Civil/Production/Electrical/Electronics. Post-graduation in Engineering/Technology is desirable.
- Minimum 20 years’ post-qualification experience in shipbuilding, ship design, ship repair, or related fields.
- Experience in handling electrical weapon systems, gas turbines, and liaising with naval authorities is advantageous.
- Similar experience and grade requirements as mentioned for the Financial Management position apply here as well.
Age Limit:
- Deputy Managers: Maximum 35 years
- Additional General Manager: Maximum 50 years (as on 01.03.2024)
Salary Details:
- Deputy Manager: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 1,60,000/-
- Additional General Manager: Rs. 90,000 – Rs. 2,40,000/-
