Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

1. Junior Supervisor (Canteen):

• Essential Educational Qualification: Candidates must be graduates in Hotel Management/Hospitality and Hotel Administration from a recognized institute OR graduates in any discipline with a diploma in Hotel Management or Catering Management from a recognized institute.
  • Essential Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in handling industrial canteen, hotel, or large food establishment.
  • Desirable: Adequate working knowledge of Konkani/Marathi along with Hindi & English.

• Junior Supervisor (Electrical – Safety):

• Essential Educational Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering and one-year full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety awarded by the Board of Technical Education of any State Government/Union territory or CLI, RLI (Ministry of Labour).
  • Essential Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in a supervisory capacity in a factory.
  • Desirable: Adequate working knowledge of Konkani/Marathi along with Hindi & English.

• Assistant Superintendent (Finance):

• Essential Educational Qualification: Graduates having passed the Intermediate examination from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Institute of Cost Accountants of India OR MBA Finance.
  • Essential Work Experience: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in the Finance function.
  • Desirable: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Finance recognized by the Government of India. Adequate working knowledge of Konkani/Marathi along with Hindi & English.

• Assistant Superintendent (Commercial):

• Essential Educational Qualification: Graduates/3 years Diploma from a recognized university/Institute WITH a minimum 01-year certification course or minimum 01-year Diploma in Materials Management/Commercial/Supply Chain Management from a recognized institute/university.
  • Essential Work Experience: Minimum 02 years of post-qualification relevant work experience.
  • Desirable: Two years Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Commercial/Supply Chain Management/Materials management from a recognized university/Institute. Adequate working knowledge of Konkani/Marathi along with Hindi & English.

• Nurse (Male):

• Essential Educational Qualification: B. Sc Nursing or Minimum 2 years full-time Diploma Course in Nursing & Midwifery from a recognized Institute/Board/University.
  • Essential Work Experience: Two years of working experience in a hospital or Government/PSU medical centers.
  • Desirable: Adequate working knowledge of Konkani/Marathi along with Hindi & English.
