Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a full-time Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering disciplines, preferably in Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics & Electrical, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a Master’s in Computer Application from a University or Institute recognized by the Government of India or its regulatory bodies. Specific Skills Required:

2. Detailed knowledge of the policies governing technology in the Indian banking sector, including IT Systems, IT Governance, IT Compliance, IT Risk & Security Standards, New Technologies, and threats.
3. An in-depth understanding of business processes, banking operations, control objectives, and fundamentals of information security.
4. Excellent analytical skills for risk assessment related to threats and vulnerabilities to the bank’s information and resources.
5. Outstanding communication and decision-making skills.

Work Experience (as on 01.05.2024): Candidates should have a minimum of 18 years of suitable experience, preferably in Banks (India/Abroad), Financial Institutions, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), or Fintech. Out of this, at least 8-10 years should be in the domain area of Information Security, preferably in financial organizations.

Age Limit (as on 01.05.2024):

• Minimum: 45 years
• Maximum: 60 years

Salary Details: The Chief Information Security Officer position offers a consolidated remuneration package based on experience, seniority level, etc. Remuneration will be subject to deductions for taxes and statutory obligations as applicable.
