Qualification for this IIM Non Teaching Recruitment 2022

Educational Qualification:

1. Manager Executive Education & Management Development Programmes – Master`s Degree in any area from a known University/Institute or Two Years PostGraduate Diploma in Business Administration/Management from a reputed University/Institute or Post Graduate Degree Qualification in Human Resources Development/Management or Psychology or Sociology or Communication or Education, with minimal six years of postqualification enjoy in Executive Education and Management Development Programmes. Desirable: An first-rate advertising and marketing man or woman with interpersonal and networking abilties.

2. Public Relations Officer – Essential: Postgraduate degree / diploma ( years) application in Mass Communication / Public Relations / Journalism and different applicable area. Desirable: Excellent conversation abilties and command on each speaking, studying and writing in Hindi and English. Pleasing persona with interpersonal, presentation abilties.
