Qualification for this IIM Non Teaching Recruitment 2022

Educational Qualification:

1. Manager Executive Education & Management Development Programmes – Master`s Degree in any area from a known University/Institute or Two Years PostGraduate Diploma in Business Administration/Management from a reputed University/Institute or Post Graduate Degree Qualification in Human Resources Development/Management or Psychology or Sociology or Communication or Education, with minimal six years of postqualification enjoy in Executive Education and Management Development Programmes. Desirable: An first-rate advertising and marketing man or woman with interpersonal and networking abilties.

2. Public Relations Officer – Essential: Postgraduate degree / diploma ( years) application in Mass Communication / Public Relations / Journalism and different applicable area. Desirable: Excellent conversation abilties and command on each speaking, studying and writing in Hindi and English. Pleasing persona with interpersonal, presentation abilties. Proven capacity to manage, priorities and plan media interfaces each in everyday press and social media. Experience in liaising with numerous authorities and personal agencies.
