Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Candidates who have completed the requisite Engineering Degree course or are in the final year of an Engineering Degree course are eligible to apply. Final year students should be able to provide proof of passing the Engineering Degree Examination along with marksheets of all semesters/years by 1st January 2025 and produce the Engineering Degree Certificate within 12 weeks from the commencement of training at the Indian Military Academy (IMA). It’s essential to note that final year students whose final exams are scheduled after 1st January 2025 are not eligible to apply for this course.

Age Limit:

Candidates must be between 20 to 27 years old as of 1st January 2025. This means candidates born between 2nd January 1998 and 1st January 2005 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply.

Salary Details:

The salary details for various ranks are as follows:

• Lieutenant: Level 10, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500.
• Captain: Level 10B, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 61,300 to Rs. 1,93,900.
• Major: Level 11, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 69,400 to Rs. 2,07,200.
• Lieutenant Colonel: Level 12A, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 1,21,200 to Rs. 2,12,400.
• Colonel: Level 13, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 1,30,600 to Rs. 2,15,900.
• Brigadier: Level 13A, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 1,39,600 to Rs. 2,17,600.
• Major General: Level 14, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 1,44,200 to Rs. 2,18,200.
• Lieutenant General HAG Scale: Level 15, with a pay scale ranging from Rs. 1,82,200 to Rs. 2,24,100.
