The role of the position – Associated with the protection of personnel data.

Job Duties and Responsibilities – Responsibilities for this opening are detailed below
Configure and implement HR business functions, roles, and policies in partnership with HR product teams to automate procurement requirements
Implement technical control monitoring of data impact in collaboration with the Occupational Safety and Technology Risk team
Continually improve the quality, efficiency and value of processes and teams
Manage and coordinate dependencies when managing multiple projects that impact multiple products
Partnering with Workforce Technology Risk & Security to address technology-driven data risks
Ability to interpret policies and standards to define standard operating procedures and align with the control framework
Proven ability to coordinate functional teams, IT professionals and other key stakeholders
The ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders, both at the level of executive messages and more detailed tactical work efforts.

The Global Head of HR Data & Analytics, under the direction of the Chief HR Data Officer, is responsible for data management, data programs, reporting and advanced analytics related to workforce data for most of JPMorgan Chase’s 260,000 employees.
The global HR data management team is responsible for workforce data management, including data governance, data classification, data quality, data protection, and data archiving to help ensure ensure the relevance and integrity of data in all uses of workforce data.
HR Data Management Contributor – Protection and Archiving is responsible for implementing role-based access control policies to protect data and conform to data localization requirements.
The candidate will be the lead partner of the product and technology team and will develop the access policies used to provide access to new users.
They will work closely with HR data management professionals, data platform business analysts, enterprise-wide data management teams, hand technology teams, global identity and access management teams.

Specific responsibilities include:
Data Protection/Role-Based Access Control – configure and implement HR business functions, roles and policies in partnership with HR product teams to automate HR functions purchase request.
Act as an advisor to the product on data management requirements related to how data is accessed.
Data Protection/Technical Data Controls – perform engineering control monitoring of data impact in collaboration with the Workforce Technology Risk and Security team.
Data Storage/Localization – implement local principles to control data regarding storage and access policies in partnership with the product.
Identify and solve problems – continuously identify problems, obstacles and risks; prioritize timely settlement; track and communicate problem resolution status; and implement process improvements to prevent recurrence. Continuous improvement (product, process, people) – continuously improve the quality, efficiency and value of the process and the team.
Manage and coordinate dependencies when managing multiple projects that impact multiple products
Partnering with Workforce Technology Risk & Security to address technology-driven data risks

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Knowledge of HR practices and processes is preferred, but not required
Proven ability to analyze large volumes of data and draw meaningful conclusions to generate business requirements.
Business process mapping experience to access models is preferred but not required.
The ability to communicate business and technology to define business process requirements and work with application and architecture teams on solutions to control access and support requirements storage
Familiarize yourself with data management concepts including regulatory requirements, data classification, data quality, data protection, and data archiving.
Experience with the end-user access control model, including assessing the impact as changes to the dataset evolve and generating recommendations for data owners.
Ability to interpret policies and standards to define standard operating procedures and to conform to the control framework. Knowledge of global identity and access management tools: preferred CPA, MyAccess, RSAM
Experience with Microsoft Office suite; Requires advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Proven ability to implement a work priority roadmap
Experience working in a highly regulated environment is preferred
Proven ability to coordinate functional teams, IT professionals and other key stakeholders
Strong relationship building skills, proven counseling methods, and proven ability to influence others
