Essential Qualifications:
- The candidate must hold a Masters degree in public health, social work, nursing (with specialization in obstetrics and gynaecology) or other relevant areas.
- Proficiency in Tamil and English, including reading, speaking, writing and preferably typing.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior experience of working with medical records and conducting quantitative research in a hospital setting.
Skills:
• Excellent command over Tamil is required to communicate effectively with patients.
• A good understanding of the project’s needs and job responsibilities.
• Computer proficiency, including expertise in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in recording and maintaining data.
• Capability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with participants, investigators, and co-workers.
- Project Data Entry Operator:
Essential Qualifications:
- The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a DEO in research.
- Verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tamil.
Skills:
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, including recording and storing data.
• Capability to establish and maintain productive working relationships with co-workers and investigators.
- For the position of Project Junior Research Fellow, the maximum age limit is 30 years.
- The upper age limit for the position of Project Data Entry Operator is 28 years.
Details of the salary are as follows:
- The Project Junior Research Fellow will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 31,000/- along with Rs. 5,580/- (18% HRA), making the total salary Rs. 36,580/- per month for a period of 9 months.
- The Project Data Entry Operator will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 18,000/- for a period of 9 months.
