Salary/Income/Pay-Scale – For Group Trainer (Work from Home), the candidates will get Rs 4.2 – 4.6 Lac per annually Approximately.

Facilitate spaces for the customers to ensure that they feel safe and can reach out to you in case of any questions or concerns.
Manage communication between the main coach and 5-7 students/clients that you will be mapped to on different channels.
Ensure 100% of students participate in each lesson with the main instructor and with friends.
Manage and override responsibilities among multiple stakeholders and ensure efficient and timely delivery of results
Work closely with students to practice, interact, and apply concepts learned. Provide actionable feedback to candidates on assignments and skills in general. Ensure a 100% homework completion rate for the students you work with.
Closely track and monitor student progress through various metrics
Own the success of the team and the application of the concept.
Collect data, track relevant metrics, organize them, and share findings based on similar metrics with students in your group.
Criteria for selection process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on age, location and qualifications, followed by a personal interview.
The personal interview will be in person or by phone.

Location Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and driven individual to support the lead coach for the Josh Talks and Apna partnership project.
The position will require the individual to be highly active in terms of communications between Josh Talks, Apna, and the customers we are working with in this partnership.
You will also be responsible for collecting data and suggesting changes in the program based on the data.
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage communications between the lead trainer and the 5-7 students/customers you will be mapped with across various channels.
Facilitate spaces for the customers to ensure that they feel safe and can reach out to you in case of any questions or concerns.
Ensure 100% attendance of the students in each class with the lead trainer and with you.
Ensure a 100% homework completion rate for the students you work with.
Provide actionable feedback to candidates on assignments and skills in general.
Work closely with students to practice, interact, and apply concepts learned.
