Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Case Worker:
- The Senior Counsellor should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or Development Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working on issues related to violence against women in an administrative setup with Government or Non-Government Programs or Projects.
- Preferably, 1 year of counseling experience within or outside the same setup.
- Candidates with a Master’s Degree are also eligible.
- Only women candidates may apply.
- Work-related travel will be reimbursed.
- The candidate should be a resident of the local community.
- Multi-Purpose Helper:
- The multi-purpose activity may be outsourced to any literate individual with at least 3 years of experience working as a helper, peon, etc.
- Only women candidates may apply.
- The candidate should be a resident of the local community.
Salary Details:
- Case Worker: Rs. 15,000/-
- Multi-Purpose Helper: Rs. 6400/-
