Job Duties and Responsibilities – Responsibilities for this opening are detailed below
Using our internal curriculum and frameworks to provide one-on-one feedback and coaching to students, with a focus on understanding how recruitment and selection works to a lesser extent, as well as the cognitive and emotional needs of adult learners differ to a greater extent
Refer external experts/mentors who will help us with the same, to ensure that students receive timely feedback and its quality is maintained continuously at all levels
Plan and facilitate various user-focused interventions for students as needed, using analytics and data-driven approaches to assess training learning outcomes and effectiveness. their performance in the sorting process
Feedback will be in spoken and written form, be it in person, through documentation, or using interactive and video messaging tools
Support our efforts to continuously improve our training modules, bringing the best technology tools to large scale training and coaching implementations.
Required Qualifications – Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree.
Age – Applicants must be 18 years or older. There is no higher age limit mentioned by Kraftshala.
Salary Scale / CTC – The average salary for a People Skills Trainer at Kraftshala is around Rs 37,500 per month which is around Rs 4.5 lakh per year.

What is the recruitment process?
As a small group (~80 people), we were required to get to know each other before we started working. We want to make sure that you succeed in your role on our team. Each conversation with us should last about 40 to 75 minutes, with the exception of the short first call to understand expectations. Usually, the whole process takes 10-15 business days depending on your schedule and ours. The process will happen via phone/zoom so you don’t have to worry about travelling.
Set expectations: This will be a call to briefly understand your profile and expectations.
Skills Assessment Task: This will be a task to assess you on some of the basic skills you will need to succeed in this mission.
