Key Responsibilities for this job
Educate merchant and store staff on the Paytm quoting process and tools Must be good at explaining/training Schedule a visit with the store GM or a POC involved with store operations Visit the store and install this Vendor panel that guides the store’s POC through key features like forgot password,
check daily sales and count and pay, add multiple users and phone numbers. Conduct a fictitious transaction and show the entire product flow. Repeat and emphasize zero denials.
Ask the manager to notify all servers and anyone interacting with the customer. Place clearance goods at the point of sale, keep checklists. Relationship management with all assigned deals to assess and resolve any concerns.
